Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Call us and ask for Jim. You may need to set up a time to connect, depending on his schedule.
  2. When ready, click the big red button. It will download a file..
  3. Open the file and then click on "Run" and then "Next." And if you're asked, confirm permissions.
  4. If, at any time, you are not comfortable with what is happening, ask or just close the connection program.
  5. He may or may not want you to stay on the phone, depending on what is being done. But you can choose to stay and watch the whole time.
  6. If it looks like he's not doing anything, he may be looking up some information so just wait; he will contact you when done.
  7. Payment can be made by credit card over the phone or through eTransfer. Talk to Jim about this.
